Bomann CB 2001

Hello and good evening.
I came cheap to a Bomann CB 2001 last week and need a little help now.
The cup filling quantity cannot be programmed on the machine. I have already searched here and followed the advice given.
Flowmeter inspected, descaled, sieves checked, programming tried as stated in the manual and found under the Bomann FAQ`s.
The grinder must also be set, only fairly coarse coffee powder comes out. But I won't address the problem until I've managed to get the amount of filling right. The machine simply switches off when programming a good espresso cup and flashes until it switches back to normal. If there is any reset possibility, it is a bug or what can it be.
