Water flow does not work

Hello, my used bomber bought causes problems. Water flow is disturbed.i mean the water probably runs directly behind the front into the collection container.that goes so far, that you can't read the display because of loud water vapor any more
Other everything seems to work (heats, grinder works)
Would be grateful for any idea
