We have had the same problem with our Caffeo Varianza CSP for the third time since November 2016.
The machine starts pulling and grinding the beans, but breaks off at least every second cup of coffee. Note on error: "Refill beans" although bean compartment is full.
In November 2016, Melitta Customer Service replaced the bean container and the powder chute. In February 2017 - same error, this time the customer service replaced the grinder. And now again the same error...
When we push the beans into the middle of the container, the coffee supply goes through. But don't you always want to stay next to it and push the beans...
