Help for the perfect Latte Macchiato

Hi, guys,

I need your help I bought an automatic coffee machine from Jura a few months ago (E8)
But somehow I can't get the perfect latte macchiato
the way I know it from cafes.

At

the moment I have set the following : coffee strength 3 milk quantity 21 sec. pause 30 sec.

filling

quantity 30 ml.
Perhaps it is also because of the glass I have photographed it for you
.
Hope you can help me, I'm grateful for any tips or advice
