I wanted to know:

Are 13000 coffees a lot for a Saeco VA? Much too much?

It's about a Saeco Sirius and his ad.

Is it worth buying a hand time in the case ever ...

Yes, I do. Sirius is a great machine. Got Saecos here with 87,000 paychecks, and they're still running.
