Error Siemens EQ 7

Hello,

>since some days our machine starts Siemens EQ 7 TE703501DE/13
with the error fault call hotline.
After several starts, after disconnecting from the mains the machine starts without any problems.

The brewing unit is clean and the O rings are greased.
Cleaning is performed regularly.
I started the service diagnosis today and the following errors were displayed:

BU OVER I 38
Pump TO 19
Overtemp 17
Shutdown 6
