Jura S8 does not pull in the beans

, our Jura S8 purchased at the end of Feb. 22 does not pull in the beans after a couple of coffees and throws the error message: please refill beans although there are still enough beans in the container (not too much and not too little!). It still has warranty and was now the third time at Jura. Twice because of the beans problem and the first time because water leaked from the housing! Now Jura just called and said it was all ok and they had nothing repaired because everything would be i. O.. You should clean the bean container with a paper towel it would certainly be the coffee. We use for years Lavazza Crema e Aroma have this also just tested again in different machines within the family and there it runs absolutely smoothly (a Jura and a Philipps machine). Even our previous Jura Z9 had no problems with this coffee. In addition, Jura advertises that you can and should use any coffee except caramelized varieties. It is unbelievable how Jura treats its regular customers! In any case, I will never buy another machine from this company. Since the competition has developed much better. For a price of about 1500 €, I expect that the beans at least also slip. In Switzerland, the machines are also no longer built. You probably notice this clearly in the quality!!!
