DeLonghi ESAM 6600

Hello everyone,

my DeLonghi Prima Donna ESAM 6600 is on strike a little.
The pump is running, rinsing and coffee making work perfectly.
Letting out hot water is indeed pumped, but only minimal water comes out of the hot water outlet (more a drip) Steam is also hardly produced, the machine does not even manage to attract the foamed milk.

What can it be? What's the problem?

Check the thermal fuses of the steam heating for continuity.
Measure the resistance of the DH.

Decalcify it regularly? Hardness level chosen correctly? What kind of descaler do you use?
