Hello,

I just got my first fully automatic coffee machine. Of course I wanted to make a cappuccino full of joy. Unfortunately, I can't get the lid on the milk container open. Unfortunately the customer service can only be reached until 18.00 o'clock. Can anyone help me? It'd be great.
