De Longhi ESAM 6600

First I could neither take out the BG nor clean something inside. After a few tries (power plug out again) he came back into a position where I could take out the BG.
I already started the Test Mody and everything is on except:" big cup and... 2xbig cup.
Then I get the display "Motor Up" and Motor down
What does that mean? Engine broken?

resistance depending on position Upper
