WMF800:Flow stopped after Milkspeak

Hello, after a longer period of time we get a cappuccino or latte from our machine for about 2-4 weeks, we have always stopped the error flow. After that, nothing works, not even normal coffee. Can someone give me some advice on how to prevent this from happening? Thank you

Thanks! It worked. Can you tell me if I have to decalcify more often/how often in the year to prevent the error?

Decalcifying seems to be working. Do you know how many times you can decalcify? Actually only 1/year?
