Water in the drip tray

Hello, have Q6Extra class for exactly 3 days. What I don't realize is why the water runs into the cup while the coffee, from somewhere inside water also runs into the drip tray??? So the drip tray is always full and must be gelled after each cup. Is that a defect???

I think i have the same problem with my coffee machine.
The model is TI303503DE/01.
