Melitta Passione OT Sounds

Hello everyone
,Our KVA has been making loud squeaking and cracking noises for some time
now.
We clean the brewing group every week. Maybe something has been moved because of that? At Melitta caffee there is also the problem I read here. A user writes. He removes the brewing group and switches the machine on and then presses the on/off switch and my Coffee button together for 2 seconds.
Only with the Passione OT I have no my Coffee button. Does anyone have a solution for this problem? Thanks unknown in advance.

If you look into the machine from the side where the brewing unit is normally located, there is an opening in the top right-hand corner where a switch is located. See picture.

I can already switch on the machine, it's not my problem. It's the loud noises I can't get rid of. LG
