Descaling

System Fill / Press Steam

I would like to descale my Jura Impressa S 95. When I turn off the machine and press the button H descaling program, comes the audible signal. Then I turn on the machine and then comes system fill / press steam. When I press steam, there is a sound but no steam .... nothing happens.
What now?
