Siemens EQ TK 76509EN/05

Hello,

i have a Siemens EQ 7.the machine works perfectly except for the milk foam and hot milk. The machine tries to suck the milk but does not manage to pull the milk into the machine. Most of the time it only manages to pull the milk up to the half of the hose. All other types of coffee work perfectly. Because the milk is hardly drawn up to the top, I only get a quarter of a full glass when I drink latte.
Could someone tell me what the
mistake is?
I let the machine run through the descaling program and amidosulfonic acid once. But unfortunately it did not
help
much

Did you disassemble the frother and clean it thoroughly? Did you check if the seals on the clutch look flawless? Is the milk hose absolutely clean inside?
