Hello
We have a used Idea for a few days is always pump error 12 in the display you can make a coffee but the amount of coffee is no longer as it used to be and the coffee tastes no longer particularly what could that be and how to fix the error or delete

decalcify vigorously 2-3 times

Many thanks for the tip to decalcify the boiler must be removed or?
