Jura C60 display shows only red squares

Hello, I hope you can give me a hint in which direction I have to look for the error in my Jura C60.

Since today, when I turn on the machine, I only hear the relay click and the bottom line of the display lights up briefly. After that I only see red squares in the upper display.
