What Setting for 2 cups at the same time

Hello

I have a Jura X7C direct plumbed. I was using Bean a la Carte active as I had different beens in coffee grinders left and right. Now I have the same coffee in both grinders and I would like to be able to select 2 Caffè latte at the same time.

I de-activated the Bean a la Carte setting and pressed the cafe latte button twice and it did say 2 x Caffè Latte.

I put a cup under each spout and it seemed to get the milk quantity correct but only 50% of the coffe went into each cup so the cups were only 3/4 full.

Am I missing a setting or does anyone know how to get 2 cups at the same time.

If you select one cup it fills correctly.

Hopely someone can help advise me
