Melitta Caffeo CI sucks milk badly

Hello folks. With my Melitta Caffeo CI, the frothed milk only comes out when I hold the container for the milk foam high and crooked. As if there is no longer enough force to suck the milk "normally" from the container. What could be the reason for this and is it possible to fix something like this myself? Is there enough steam? Do you have steam in the brewing chamber when you want to froth me up?

Hi Schlawi. Yes, steam is present when heating or foaming milk.

Clean the milk connector / suction nozzle thoroughly. In the outlet is the adapter. There look that the is clean. Also the opening for the air.
If the steam does not escape into the interior then the fault will be in the area.

Get the ceragol milk system cleaner and put all parts in the cleaning solution for 30 minutes.
