Nivona 831 Milk Frother problem

Hi,

I just bought a used 2014 Nivona 831 espresso machine. Only 5500 cups has been made on it, and of that only 200 of them were with milk.
The milk frother does not take milk in, it's just mainly steam and sputtering. I have tried to rinse the hose and the valve inside the shield, but no luck.
