Melita Caffeo Ci Leakage to drip tray

Hello fellow coffee addicts.

I have an issue with water going straight to drip tray on my Melitta caffeo CI 907 101,
I guess all started couple of weeks before, during which there was few spills under the machine, and it started to poor less water to selected coffee and it stopped completely.
The draining valve was just replaced after that, unfortunately after replacement the problem remains.

Water goes through the pipe to the draining valve and there spills through it, and round it, never to reach coffee in the brewing group. No water from nozzles when started while rinsing,
What can possibly be the cause?

Defective drainage valve

Well, the valve is brand new, and I mounted it as instructed, so let assume it's not it. What else can it be if we exclude draining valve for now?
