Hello, I'm new here and hope someone can help:

I've owned the Siemens EQ-500 for a year and have now
bought a Bartscher milk refrigerator to go with it, because the milk has often turned sour because I forgot to put the milk container back in the fridge.

Unfortunately, I discovered that the milk hose on the EQ-500 is much thicker
than the opening on the milk refrigerator. I have already looked for a hose adapter to connect a thinner standard hose on the outlet side, but have not found one.

I have managed to fit a narrow hose over the outlet connection with great difficulty, but the milk pressure and the amount of milk dispensed is significantly reduced.

Has anyone here also had this problem and found what they were looking for?
I would be very grateful for any help.Siemens EQ.500

Hello, the hose length is decisive for the milk foam and milk quantity.
You'll have to think about something else.

First of all, thank you for your feedback. I hadn't considered that, although it is physically logical. At work, we have a Jura coffee machine with a 1 m long supply hose to the milk refrigerator. Everything works without any problems. So I haven't given it a second thought. It seems that there are differences in the suction capacity of the individual manufacturers. Let's see what I do now.
