Franke pura fresco

hello

new to these forums, just picked up a franke pura fresco and looks like it has been taken straight out of a restaurant so still has a drain pipe.

i am getting the error stating "water boiler 1 timeout venting" I'm guessing that is as its not filling as its trying to take it from a mains water supply not the tank.

i can see in the top corner of the screen it showing a tap not the water tank.

i have tried clicking the spanner icon in the top corner but it won't let me log in. how am i able to convert this to a tank fed supply and remove the drain hose so its a stand alone unit?

also do i need a water filter in the tank for the valve to open or can it flow without one?
