Hi,

I need some help, the brew unit on my Jura micro 1 keeps jamming when making a coffee.

I can see the bottom piston in the brew unit getting jammed (Pushed out into the unit)

I have pulled the brew unit apart, replaced the O rings and greased it up but its still happening. I have no idea why the unit pushes the plunger out each time

I dont know if I can upload a picture here, can someone please help. im about to put it in the bin and i dont really want to do this

You didn't mount the lower piston properly. You have to compress the gear completely and then push the lower piston in. If it is one tooth too far up it will do what you are doing.
