Remove discharge valve Juja C5

Hello
,On my Jura C5 the coffee is dripping out of the spout, it takes longer than usual and the cup doesn't get full anymore.yesterday I took off the front and cleaned the spout.unfortunately it wasn't that.could the problem be the spout valve? If so, can I remove the outlet valve without having to remove the brewing unit or do I have to disassemble the whole thing?

The outlet valve is on the other side and you do not have to remove BG for this. If you mean drain valve, then BG has to come out. It can also be due to calcification or screen in BG is clogged.
