Brewing piston

Piston is stuck

Hello everyone,
I have a Delonghi Prima
Donna S.

Normally the piston is stuck at an angle in the

engine.

However, in my case, the piston has twisted and is now straight and stuck. What can I do?

You mean the brewing unit? What happens if you unplug the machine from the mains, then plug it back in and start it. Does the drive move?
