Siemens EQ 6 plus S 100 runs out

Hi all
,I have the following problem: after making coffee (any) the water from the water tank runs slowly but steadily into the drip tray.... even if the machine is switched off, it runs until the water tank is empty.
Ceramic valve & pulsation damper have already been changed. But has brought nothing. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you very much.

Hello, I would first remove the side part where the water tank sits on it and then check with a disposable syringe (to create some pressure) or similar where the error lies.
I believe that the side panel does not have an extra outlet for excess water that is in the intake valve.
