EQ500 coffee runs inside

Hello;

I have an EQ 500. Now since today the coffee or water no longer runs from the outlet provided for it, but inside long inside the machine. I just do not really know what I can do. Thanks for the help!

Is coffee or water running inside? When and with what was the last time descaled? Does the machine rinse through the spout when switched on?

I have the same problem, I received the machine 3 days ago and already there is a problem, the percolator takes the coffee, it grinds it and nothing flows in front all inside! Great!

If no water or coffee comes out from the nozzle then try removing the incoming waterhose to the valve and try with a needle or similar to poke inside. The needle should go 3-4cm inside, if the problem still occures then a full disassemble of the valve is needed and that should fix the problem

Exactly the same problem, the machine has been in use for 3 days and the coffee does not flow even though it is well ground. When I restart the machine the coffee flows again until the problem starts again...there is a lot of water in the drip tray even though I always put a glass in front of it! and the ground coffee is not well rounded! I sent the machine back to maxicoffee who offered me an exchange for another new machine. What do you think about it?
