CaFamosaCF81 problems after brewing unit maintenance

Hello,

I ordered the CaFamosa CF81 brewing unit with seal and silicone for maintenance in the network and then carried out the maintenance according to the relevant illustrated instructions.
At first everything went well. Meanwhile there are slight problems with the CF 81:

+ The trestle bowl slides approx. 3-4 mm out of the machine and sits bomb-proof! Nothing wobbles anymore.

+ When I switch on the machine and press the cleaning/rinsing button, the water runs through the machine. It sounds very tortured and only comes out drop by drop at the front.

+ Depending on the form of the day the coffee comes out drop by drop. I've varied degrees of grind several times. Nothing changes.

Won't be great if you have some tips sad.gif

Hello,
are you sure that you have inserted the three screws of the brewing group in a row and tightened them? Did you tighten the two screws on the other side?

Check again carefully, the error description indicates that something is loose.

The fact that the drip tray pushes out to the front could be due to the fact that it is slightly warped. Then the grape marc slide is placed on the edge and the whole story is blocked. See if you can see any indentations on the edge of the grape marc container. Then it might help if you pull/bend the sides (the two narrower ones) a bit outwards.

Were the shells ever in the dishwasher?

Immer mehr Probleme

Hello together,

>the machine makes now more and more problems.

With each switching on the 4 green lamps and there is not enough water in the cycle. Then I turn the steam reference to lonks and water is pumped into the circuit. Then the machine switches to normal.

The coffee cover is very, thin, slow and drop by drop.

Today the marc container was completely stuck. Lamp pulp container "red" and rinse "green" flashing. By plugging it in I was able to save the misery.

What else can I do????

Greetings, Buddy

So, now more niceties are added.

The device jumps more often into the mode, where 4 green lamps light up. No water in circulation. When I then switch on the steam nozzle boiling hot water comes out of the nozzle. Then I can switch off the steam nozzle again and the appliance is in normal mode.
When I get my coffee, the appliance is tortured to death. It's just a drop of coffee. Either I have then after 2 minutes the cup full or the equipment jumps again into the mode with the 4 green lights.
When I have got then a cup full, this coffee is boiling hot. Wasn't like that before. And the device makes hissing noises after ejecting the pad into the pomace container and hot steam comes out of the top of the device.

So, what can this be??????

Hello,
hissing and steam indicate leakage at the cartridge heater. Overheated coffee suggests a defective thermosensor. Possibly also the exhaust valve has a damage.

Open times the housing and look, where the hissing comes from (lime traces).

I have exactly the same problems with the pushing forward of the pomace container when I draw . Anybody got a solution?

Pomace container warped, especially on the short sides and/or pomace shovel. In both cases, the trestle shovel rests on the rear edge of the pomace container and pushes it forward. It is also possible that the grape marc slide rests on the grape marc container. But in this thread everything is already described in detail...
