Hi, just want to check, other than the machine has a servicing and cleaning function, do I still need someone to come onsite for servicing?

Secondly, I am running out of the detergent, where can I get the detergent cleaner?

Third, where can I also get the cleaning tablets for this model coffee machine? Which one is compatible?

I think you can use any commercially available cleaner for the milk system.
Simply pour it into the original bottle.
The same applies to the cleaning tablets.
