poor milk foam Impressa Xs95

Hello,
I have some problems with a Gastromaschine.
It only sucks the milk poorly.
After the thorough cleaning did not help (incl. Stöpsel!) I cultivated a brand new PAC. WITHOUT success.

Where can I search now?

Sounds like when there's not enough steam, you've already decalcified !!
