Capsule credit / Water quantity

Hello,

I received a Saeco Office One as a gift last year.
My questions, since I have not found the right answers in the manual....

1. since the machine is equipped with its credit counter -
how to recharge it if the Kapsselguthaben times is exhausted?

2. how to adjust the amount of water for the coffee. The manual only says that the amount of water is preset by the operator, but not how to change it!

About info I would be very grateful.
