I bought a Saeco Gran Aroma. A piece on display. At home we found that the connector of the cappucinatore (to which the milk hose is connected) was missing. The seller tried his best, but could not find the part even through Philips customer service.
Another attempt is in progress.
What irritates me very much: I can't find any spare parts for this model at any spare parts dealer for fully automatic machines. For other Saeco models, the part can be ordered for about 5,-.
Can anyone explain this? Have five years warranty, but so slowly I wonder if it would not be better to return the device. If there are no spare parts now, then even more so in later years....
