Every time I want to make coffee, the process is interrupted with the message, fill bean hopper. I have beans in it. What can it be, can someone help here please

That's usually the grinding gear. Turns too fast. Then it looks like there are no beans in it. Option grinding gear good cleaning. I then also usually replace the carbon brushes. Good luck.
