Touch screen now not working !

Any Advice what I can do ? My Father bought the Krups machine during the first lockdown but he passed away this April from the " Virus " ! The last few months I've been sorting out his Flat and using the machine - but the Touch screen has always been temperamental ! Until now it wont do anything ! Have looked everywhere for the receipt - will Krups or Nesspresso need a receipt - I'm sure he hasn't registered it . Failing all the above - is there anything I can do to fix it .Or will it need to be repaired at what cost ? Thanks

If no proof of purchase, then also no warranty, sounds hard but is so. Here helps only repair at your own expense, where I can imagine very well that a new one is cheaper.
