Outlet nozzles clogged

Hello,
Now the second nozzle of the Neff coffee maker is blocked. Coffee just doesn't come out of the jets anywhere. The cleaning program's no good either. Does anyone have any idea how to clean the nozzles?

Thank you for your tips.

Either disassemble and clean properly (if there is still a warranty send in) or temporarily use a toothpick to clear the nozzles from below.

Hello,

thank you for your hint. Unfortunately, the guarantee no longer exists. After not quite four years and more than 8600 cups the time has come.
You know how the machine is disassembled. You can't reach from the front?

No, unfortunately, I have no idea how the machine is disassembled or how it looks in nature.
It makes a similar impression to the Jura E-series, but can be deceiving.
In case of doubt it is better to try the toothpick method and possibly run the rinsing program several times.
The Jura E series is pretty much the worst machine I know of in terms of coffee spout expansion (and other details).

hi,

you can remove the neff - screen in front.....behind it is the outlet of a siemens s 20-65 series.....as well as the inner parts....but if you want to change the drainage valve....you should already be able to screw a little....

your prob. should be quickly removed....

Hello,

so after 8600 covers the drainage valve should not be defective yet. If the coffee comes out next to the jets, then I recommend better a new outlet. the outlet cost 20 euros and then you have rest again. Cleaning the outlet doesn't help very much because the coffee deposits are on the distributor in the outlet where you can't get there with a toothpick or any other. Either soak in hot water with a cleaning tablet or with grease dissolving detergent, which only helps to a limited extent. You can get the run from the Neff from the front. You can remove the aperture with Neff on it, take a small screwdriver and go from time to time to the aperture then pull the aperture away from the device with some force. The aperture is only stuck but may be a little tighter or a little stuck due to the coffee leaking out.

Hello,

>at my place nothing comes out of the spout anymore. I've already removed and checked the outlet. It's permeable. I find the brewed water in the coffee container (not normal).
I would guess that the overflow valve opens - because it's dirty or something like that - and all the hot water drains off over it (that's what it sounds like).
Has someone got a plan like me to remove the brewing unit (the warranty expired last month - that's timing!). Am grateful for help and suggestions.

Hello,

dan outlet at the Neff to remove is not quite easy. The aperture can be removed by levering the aperture sideways with a knife. This is only stuck, however, with the Neff more firmly than with Siemens or Bosch. The spout is not from a S20 because the S20 has no chrome spout but is only black. The order number for the outlet (overflow) is 419898 and costs approx. 20 Euro. Cleaning won't do much as the spout can't be dismantled and you just have to clean it to make sure everything is outside.

So, I have the Neff C7660N1 and had the same problem.
Right spout blocked!
It took me 5 minutes and everything is fine again.
You just need a cutter or bread knife and a faucet.

Slide the front panel of the height adjustable drawer all the way down. From the left or right lever up the cover where NEFF is written on it. Hold on to the front panel so that it doesn't slip upwards!
You shouldn't be afraid, it's difficult, but suddenly the lid jumps towards you.
pull off the inlet hose, turn the outlet unit upside down and rinse thoroughly under the running tap (you can't believe what comes out of it.
insert the outlet unit again, put on the inlet hose and finally click on the NEFF cover again.

The coffee now tastes better than ever wink.gif
Saved a quick € 100,- for the technician biggrin.gif

I also have the Neff C7660N1 and had the same problem, sometimes coffee came from one nozzle and sometimes from the other.
Covers 10500 cups biggrin.gif
The latching lugs are attached at the bottom and the top at the side.
Opening also works without a knife.

Thanks to the forum. biggrin.gif

That toothpick thing just helped too. Thanks for the question and thanks for the tip. I've never enjoyed coffee so much as I do now. No wonder if it's always been taken for granted, so far.

I have never been so happy to have read a forum :-)
It is really super easy !

>pull the spout all the way down and pull the spout courageously with both hands (fingers on the aperture). It's better than with a knife, because otherwise there could be stupid scratches.
Then I dissolved a cleaning tablet into a mixing bowl and glued the unit under. Repeat this process until no more brown slime comes out of the nozzles :-/
Danahc you are happy again :-) :-)

Hello everyone, I cleaned the machine according to the instructions in this article, and the coffee machine is now working at its best again! By the way, the Neff customer service was not able to make an almost competent statement about the problem. The lapidary suggestion was: Disassemble the machine and have it repaired in the factory, all for the bargain price of 250,- €! A cheer for intelligent forums posts on the net! Thank you again!
