I'm looking around for an 1100S right now, but wonder if you can buy parts when something breaks. It seems to be rather rare that someone here deals with such a machine himself, since it is a gastro machine. So
far I have always
done
repairs myself
.

I also wonder what to do with the second storage compartment if in the usual version (Basic Milk) there is no possibility to fill the right container with e.g. cocoa. Also how to retrofit the machine for this is not clear to me.

Does anyone

know

anything

about this

?
thank you+greetings!

Hello,

I have registered here because I can say something about the 1100S. I myself am the proud owner of an 1100s with 1 mill and cocoa biggrin.gif. I bought this one cheaply over the bay and must say pointed machine. Had before already several fully automatic machines but no professional machine. Up to now my visitors at home were always very impressed by the machine and its drinks (the cocoa tastes very good wub.gifto my daughter).
I can't say anything about the spare parts because everything is running without problems and I haven't needed any yet.
Does
anybody know which descaler I need for the machine, is it the conventional one as with the smaller
machines?
GreetingsPete

Howdy, friends,

have just by chance found the post. and immediately asked aunt google for the machine. It looks quite decent. Does anyone know more about the heating system? Does WMF use instantaneous water heaters? How much power does the machine have?

Greetings from the north

Hello to all three.
The machine has a serial number. About this number you can register as a customer at WMF. No matter whether private or company. Then you can order spare parts directly from WMF, which are sometimes cheaper than on Amaz.

2. retrofitting cocoa only works if you do without the right grinder and completely rebuild this shaft. The conversion is complex and expensive, but can be ordered from WMF.
3. no, no flow heater..therefore, the specification of the power also does not matter.
