Brewing group

Brewing group no longer goes in

Hello,

I have a Nivona CafeRomantika 760, I emptied the bowl today and error message 8 appeared. Brew group could be removed easily. I had cleaned it a week ago too. Now the brewing group doesn't go in anymore.

Have read in the forum here that it is probably due to the default setting. But I do not have an arrow key. If I press the exit key nothing happens. Even when I turn the machine on again, the brewing unit comes off immediately.

Maybe one of you knows what to do.
