HI ive tried everything possible, including changing beans, different water amount etc - essentially after about 10 cups of coffee, the brew group started to follow this sequence instead.
Bean grinding coffee into hopper, hopper pushed up to the sieve, water pump doesn't activate, no water passed, hopper moves down, dry ground beans emptied into the waster, hopper moves back up again, pump now activates water passed, then sent down to the tray not through the spouts.
I hear a hissing sound at the same time and sometimes and motor sounds like it is working too hard.
The rapid flashing beans followed by shutdown then occurs - any ideas why? I have tried a flu system clean, manual system clean, dry everything, open the hopper etc but nothing obviously cracked etc.
The factory reset doesn't change this sequence - perhaps there is a software issue?
