Siemens EQ.6 plus s 100 drips inside

Servus together, does anyone have any idea what it can liefen that the EQ.6 plus s 100 drips inside? I have replaced the valve regulator between the water tank and the machine. However, water constantly runs/drops inside, even without drawing coffee. There is a small gap there, there the water comes into the drip tray, see picture. Thanks for tips, greetings, Markus!

Hello, here's what I do.
Use amidosulfonic acid descaler for descaling and do this at least seven times in a row.
That's the easiest thing to do for now.
