Melitta Caffeo CI - Insufficient quantity of hot water

Hello,

with my Caffeo CI 970 comes out at most half of the set amount in ml when drawing hot water. I seem to remember that it has always been less than set, but it seems to me that now it has decreased even more to <50%.

The amount of coffee is correct.

What could that be?

(Have only complete cleaning run including multiple descaling behind me).

You can check if water runs over the expansion tank into the drip tray when using hot water.

Oh yes, quite a lot, so that's where the other half seems to end up ... :-/

Have just tested even milk foam, because that comes since the latest no longer right. There's quite a lot of steam coming out somewhere down there too.

Which component is then the culprit?
Have already read a lot now about drain valve, ceramic valve, drain valve ...?

You'll have to change the spill valve.
