Caffeo Barista T - Beans in the drip tray

Hello all,

I have one - Barista T (is already a few years old). For a few days she always breaks off and says "refill beans". But there are beans in the container, she grinds the beans also, but these fall the dry in the set container and no coffee comes.
After turning the machine "off", I can down a coffee most of the time, but it is then almost only water and beans end up in the drip tray again.

What can this be?
