Gaggenau CM450/CM470 Empty and insert trays

Hello all,

My CM470 coffee machine from Gaggenau sporadically displays "Empty and insert trays". At first it was very rare, now it is so frequent that you can't manage to let a coffee out, because it already runs into this error during the rinsing process when switching on.

Have attached a few photos of the interior and the drip tray.

Have also had this problem with a machine from this series with fixed water connection, which was installed October 2018 with us. Machine was until September 2020 4x times for repair, then we complained to the management, we got a replacement unit and at the water connection was installed at the request of Gaggenau an aeration, which bubbles clearly audible when draining the water / during the rinsing process.
And now, since 2 weeks, we have problems with this almost new machine when filling. So again massively complained, referred to the history and attention!, they offered us directly a replacement unit, but only with water tank, because the model with fixed water connection due to the multitude of problems with filling and emptying is no longer manufactured.
It is really hard to believe, then I would have planned my kitchen differently, if I now always have to run through the kitchen with the tank and the bowls.
We have even been offered the dismantling with the vented siphon.
I am really quite disappointed, had Gaggenau before in the old house but the quality has suffered badly and so has the commitment to customer service.

My machine has the same problems. At the beginning now and then now almost daily.
What has helped well, was a cold pack from the refrigerator in the area of the drawer put. But it is not a permanent solution.
Gaggenau has now offered me a brand new machine without fixed water connection with partial refund (fixed water was more expensive) for exchange.

I have the same problem. It is so tedious. Gaggenau told me that they no longer produce this machine. Unfortunately, no one has yet wanted to replace it free of charge. Do you have any tips? I think it should be possible to override this somehow, so that it doesn't keep displaying bowl learners even though the bowls aren't full.
