My Tchibo Esperto Caffe coffee machine has worked quite well so far.

Now, after a few weeks of non-use, I turned this back on.
The cleaning water ran through as usual.

But then the display "coffee grounds container full" is permanently lit,

but the container is empty!

I have rinsed the grinder



.



No use.

What else could be the reason for this?
Where is the sensor for measuring the fill level of the coffee grounds container located?
is it optical?

Can you get to it through the grinder shaft or through the coffee grounds container insert?
