AEG Silenzio Cleaning Program

Hello,

lt. on this page the AEG Caffe Silenzio CS 5000 has a cleaning program.
This is not even mentioned in the manual. How to start this?

I myself own a Delonghi and there the SAME -> no mention in the BInstructions but luckily I have a display and can select and start it but how to do that with the AEG Caffe Silenzio CS 5000??

possibly a key combination???

Press rinse and powder button together and keep them pressed. With the cleaning program you can decalcify the upper brewing flask wonderfully.

yes that's exactly what it's about. I don't understand why the purigungsprog is embezzled like this.
I had my Delonghi komp. maintained, so brewing piston and brewing unit completely disassembled and cleaned (also greased) but what dirt there still came during the cleaning process bäähhh.

That I wanted to suggest to a friend but the cleaning process was not to be found but now....... let's see the WE comes

Yes the key combination is correct.

I haven't quite understood yet which keys are meant and how to press them. At the same time? Should they be held down?
When I press the two right buttons when the machine is switched on, nothing happens.

Then you should look into the manual to see which keys they are. And keep both pressed until the brewing group moves.

Maybe now I can save or postpone a professional cleaning again.

Is it recommended (or even necessary) to run the cleaning program with an add-on? So, I can also fill the water tank with the decalcifier, for example, which I also use for the decalcification program?

Cleaning and decalcification are two different pair of shoes.

These two operations must be performed separately.

Since this thread is about decalcifying the upper brewing flask, Martin's answer is incorrect. In this case you can of course reuse the collected descaling solution from normal descaling and run it through the cleaning program so that the upper brewing flask is descaled.
