The filter remains stuck in the brewing head.

Hello,

if I remove the filter holder after brewing, the filter remains stuck in the brewing head. This has been happening since I had to replace the original clasp for the screen holder. In the meantime I have tried all wire strengths (1.0; 1.1; 1.2, and 1.3). And that from the company espressoXXL, model UNIVERSAL L 70mm B 60mm.
Who has experience and advice?
