Prima Donna Soul milk foam problems

Have been 2wochen a Prima Donna Soul. Class latte etc. now with once comes more steam instead of milk foam, no matter what setting I have on the milk regulator. The glass is maximum 1/4 full

I have exactly the same problem after three weeks, is there a solution?
All parts have been cleaned several times in a row.

Set device to factory settings and then it should go again.
Before settings write down to set again .

Have since 1 week a prima donna soul ecam 61075 and the milk foam unfortunately also no longer works ???? Only milk with almost no foam. I have cleaned all parts, does anyone have an idea what to do?

Hi all I had the same issue.
Drove me mad, I saw something about a milk cleaning solution for coffee machines, or bought some from amazon. Added some as per the instructions and ot works perfectly now
