water quantity setting

The machine can no longer adjust the amount of water. Apparently the setting wheel at the top left front of the machine (potentiometer or so) is defective or overturned. Who has experience with whether this can be exchanged and how. The amount of water is currently limited to the smallest unit of water.

Since you asked your question in a fully automatic coffee machine forum, is it probably also about a KVA? And apparently there's only one guy from AEG? Without words.
