Siemens EQ6 plus permanent descaling?

Hello everyone, our EQ6 constantly needs descaling. Descaling was previously carried out regularly with original descaler. Now it constantly displays "calc n clean is overdue". I have now descaled it twice in a row. Now it's time to call the hotline.
We don't know what to do!
