No more coffee, hot water and rinse but goes

Servus together,

I have a Siemens EQ6 Series300 and since today suddenly no coffee comes out. I hear the grinder working and I also have coffee grounds in the container, but no more coffee comes.... Hot water and warm milk goes but without problems, as well as rinsing at start and switch off.

I have removed and cleaned the brew group, as well as run the Calc'n Clean program.... but to no avail. The machine is cleaned and descaled regularly.

Anybody have any ideas?
